How it works: half your minimum is due at booking and becomes bar credit for your table that night, non-refundable inside 48 hours. A mandatory 20% service charge is added to all section tabs; it goes to your servers and does not count toward the minimum. A card stays securely on file, and if your section's tab lands under the minimum at close the difference is charged to it, exactly as agreed at booking. Your group can pay individually all night; anything rung to your section's tab counts. Bottle menus and pricing are presented at your table. Launch pricing: minimums may rise on high-demand nights.
